News from the North
Here’s a little update from the last couple months. We trust that it’s helpful!
We’ve continued to enjoy being close to family, serving our church, attending a pastors conference, and making preparations to plant a church in Nairobi. We will be fully transitioned to Global Outreach International on January 1, 2024. Thanks to all of you who have made the switch with us. Our current need is $2,000 in monthly support. Jonathan will be preaching at Cornerstone Community Church in Burnsville, MN this Sunday at 10:00am, December 31, on Matthew 13:44. If you can join us, we would love to see you there! It will also be live-streamed.
Thankfully Pray
- We’re so thankful to be so close and involved in the lives of our children during this year
- Thank the Lord for Cornerstone Community Church and the way they have welcomed us and committed to help make Sovereign Grace Church Nairobi a reality.
- Pray for all four of our kids in Indianapolis for a Campus Outreach conference from Dec. 28-31.
- Pray for Jonathan’s message on Sunday, that it would point to the glory and sufficiency of Jesus above all things
- Pray for us as we prepare to attend a church planters assessment in California in January – that it would be helpful in pointing out areas we need to grow, but also confirm our desire to church plant in Nairobi
